Description:
The subject of the contract is the expansion of the ICT infrastructure protection system and the renewal of the technical support service for the network protection system

Subject Orders is:
The provision of the service will consist of comprehensive repair of equipment along with the restoration of its full functioning. As part of technical support, the contractor provides access to corrections and new versions of software built into servers for the duration of support;
b) response time from the moment of notification: maximum 4 hours;
c) guaranteed repair time: maximum 24 hours;
d) notification may be made by e -mail, by phone or fax;
Therefore, the Contractor undertakes to provide documents or other certificates confirming registration/purchase of service support for the abovementioned devices (e.g. printout from the manufacturer's website) after signing the contract with the Employer. "
