Description:
1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the integration junction in Reda with a P&R parking lot and a bicycle parking lot in the design and build formula. The scope of the investment includes: Development of design documentation: - preparation of full design documentation (construction design, technical design, bills of quantities, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works), - agreeing the documentation with the Ordering Party, - obtaining all necessary decisions, opinions and arrangements, including construction permits, - ensuring compliance of the documentation with the local development plan, environmental decisions and applicable provisions of law, standards and principles of technical knowledge. Execution of construction works based on the documentation of projects involving the construction of a P&R parking lot, including: - 190 parking spaces for passenger cars, - 8 spaces for people with disabilities, - 23 family spaces, - 20 spaces for motorcycles.2. The subject of the order must be implemented in accordance with the rules for the implementation of projects co-financed by the FEnIKS 2027-2027 program, the list of which is attached as Appendix No. 9 to SWZ.3.
