- The subject of the order is the expansion of the KCZ Sp. hospital. z o. o. in Krapkowice - Stage II.
The scope of the subject of the order includes Task A - consisting in the implementation of construction works and handing over the hospital facility Krapkowickie Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Krapkowice, made in accordance withtechnical knowledge and design documentation provided by the Ordering Party.
The Ordering Party may order one or more scopes of an optional order during the implementation period of the Agreement:
1) Task B: Electrical installations,
2) Task C: Delivery of a container boiler room with accessories and automationroducenta,
3) Task D: Freon air conditioning installations,
4) Task E: Execution of internal plasters.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Chapter. II SWZ - DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER AND IMPLEMENTATION DATE and in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Design and technical documentation.
