Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the expansion of the LAN CPD network.
2) Description of the needs of the Ordering Party and the characteristics of the subject of the contract and the minimum requirements regarding the subject of the contract/performance of the contract, not subject to negotiations, which must meet all offers specified in Part II OPW, except that at the stage of the order announcement, a short description of the needs and requirements of the order will be made available - pursuant to the provisions of art. 18 of the PZP Act.
Acting on the basis of art. 381 para. 9 and 133 para. 3 of the Act, the Employer sets the requirements for maintaining the confidential nature of the information transferred to contractors in the course of the proceedings.
The following parts of OPIW are confidential:
- part II OPIW - description of the subject of the contract;
- Annex V to Part IV of the OPW Designed contract provisions (Research and Test Program).
Contractors invited to participate in the next stage of the proceedings, i.e. With an invitation to negotiate, the documents indicated above will receive.
a) Contractors are obliged to make declarations of confidentiality together
with a request to participate in the proceedings (template 3 lit. and lit. B Part III OPIW).
b) it is required to submit statements by persons authorized to the contractor's representation (this entitlement must result from registration documents or power of attorney, which the contracting authority has in this proceeding) and by persons who will participate in the proceedings.
