Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the expansion of the matrix system in possession of the Ordering Party with providing the manufacturer's technical support service for the proposed devices.
As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide, installation and configuration of the proposed devices. The ordered equipment must be fully compatible with devices held by the contracting authority.
The Contractor will provide a document confirming the purchase from the manufacturer to the Employer Technical Support Services and guarantees for devices being the subject of the contract issued by Manufacturer or distributor.
257 of the PZP Act, the Employer provides for the possibility of annulment of the contract award procedure, if the public funds that the Employer intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract will not be granted to him.
3. Deadline Order processing: up to 4 weeks from the date of signing the contract.
The subject of the contract will be implemented on the basis of an agreement on entrusting a grant Number KPOD.05.10-Cr.01-001/24/0004/KPOD.05.10-Cr.01-001/25/25 as part of the project entitled "Cyberd UKE" implemented in the national plan Reconstruction and increasing immunity financed from the instrument for rebuilding and increasing immunity, investment C3.1.1.
