The subject of the order is the delivery of a functional module with technical assistance for launching an e-service at maturity level 5, which will automate the registration of users and grant them appropriate rights without the need to visit the District Office. Module functional aims to increase the efficiency of public administration work in the field of real estate registers and to improve the level of service for citizens and entrepreneurs related to obtaining information on real estate.2. As part of the Mod functional apart from e-services titled The application for opening an account by a professional user must also include: 1. Implement a user authentication procedure using the national node (WK). 2. Implement login through the national node to existing e-services.3. It will allow you to send large files via encrypted communication.4. It will provide data transfer and exchange services between SGK bodies.5. It will provide a service of electronic notification of municipalities about changes in the land and building register (EGiB).6.
