Short description of the subject of the Claw: The subject of the fall is the expansion of the existing health clinic building for a new building made in a modesty technology for the intended use of the Mental Health Center (CZP) together with land development and equipment with permanent elements in the formula. Design and build in the formula, in terms of including: ) development of project documentation, b) obtaining a building permit, c) building a building with land development and equipping with permanent elements, d) obtaining a permission to use the Mental Health Center facility,, the expansion of the clinic building is the extension with a steel structure, intended for specialist and basic psychiatric treatment. The establishment of the CZP facility will allow much more to use medical potential, and provide comprehensive health care for residents of Wrocław and the surrounding area, planned main products, resulting from the implementation of the enterprise, 1.
