- The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and assembly of furniture and equipment for the Municipal Center in Pyskowice at ul. Ignacego Paderewskiego 5. A detailed description of the furniture and equipment is included in the following documents: - executive and technical design of the equipment for the extension of the nursery constituting Appendix No. 3 - layout drawing furniture and equipment constituting Annex No. 5 - bill of quantities for furniture and equipment constituting Annex No. 6 - including the note regarding design changes. NOTE: Design changes: 1. Wherever furniture questions are mentioned, white bodies and white and/or pastel fronts should be used, however the detailed color scheme will be agreed by the Ordering Party with the Contractor at the stage of task implementation. The information indicated in the project is of an illustrative nature. 2. Details regarding the appearance, type, shapes of tables, chairs and other furniture as well as their arrangement in individual rooms will be indicated at the stage of task implementation.
