1. The subject of the contract is the design in the design and build tasks entitled: "Expansion of municipal road No. 103573F in Szprotawa" and "Expansion of municipal roads no. 005947F, no. 005943FI No. 005935F in Wiechlice" Stage VI - Expansion ul. Kościuszki (km 2+900 - km 3+578)

2. The order includesDesigning, obtaining decisions and permits required by law and building the subject of the contract.
