- 1. Description of the subject of the order The subject of the order is the expansion of municipal road No. 400003T ul. Borek in Zagnasko. The subject of the order will be performed on the basis of the Decision of the Starosta of Kielce No. 12/2024 on the permit for the implementation of a road investment, ref. no.: B-IV.6740.2.3.2024.JK of June 12, 2024 1.1 Current condition of the road. BorekThe beginning of the expanded route ul. Borek is located at the regular intersection with ul. Spacerow (district road no. 1289T), the end is located in a forest area. A turning area with dimensions of 20.0 x 20.0 m was designed there. The area intended for the investment has the following infrastructure: sanitary sewage system, water supply network, gas network, telecommunication network, energy network. Drainage is carried out on the surface to the existing two rainwater sewerage inlets and then to the rainwater sewage system located in the district road ul. Spacerowa in Zagnasko. Designed the investment is located in the road area of ul. Borek with a variable width from 7.30 m to 10.5 m.
