Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the expansion and reconstruction of the municipal road No. G101095r ul. Sandomierska in Stalowa Wola - stage II and III.
2. In the order, three tasks should be completed:
1) Task No. 1 - execution of construction works entitled "Expansion of municipal road No. 101095 - ul. Sandomierska in StalowaWola - 2nd stage ", according to the attached documentation,
2) Task No. 2 - execution of construction works entitled" Reconstruction and expansion of the municipal road Sandomierska Street in the commune of Stalowa Wola ", according to the attached documentation,
3) Task No. 3 - execution of construction works entitled "Construction of sanitary sewage system in ul.Sandomierska ", according to the attached documentation.
3. Detailed scope of the order was specified in the design documentation, STWIORB and the bill of quantities that attach to SWZ.The 18th SWZ, the Contractor, as part of its offer, should take into account the costs:
-praction of the project technology project and the schedule of execution and agree with the railway authorities in accordance with the issued conditions. The adopted work technology should minimize difficulties in rail traffic.
-Skills related to carrying out works in railway areas, possible closures of track and changes in railway traffic,
5. The contractor should carry out tasks in accordance with the DNSH principle within the meaning of Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) No 2020/852.
