Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the expansion and reconstruction of the municipal road No. G101095r ul. Sandomierska in Stalowa Wola - stage II and III.
2. Three tasks should be completed in the order of the order:
1) Task No. 1 - execution of construction works entitled "Expansion of municipal road No. 101095 - ul. Sandomierska in Stalowa Wola - II stage ", according to the attached documentation,
"Reconstruction and expansion of the municipal road Sandomierska Street in the Stalowa Wola commune", according to the attached documentation,
"Construction of sanitary sewage system in ul. Sandomierska ", according to the attached documentation.
3. The concise scope of the order has been specified in the design documentation, STWIORBs and the bill of quantities constituting attachments to SWZ.
4. In addition to the scope of works indicated in the design documentation, STWiORB as well as the daily work and chapter XVIII SWZ, the Contractor, as part of its offer, should take into account the costs:
The adopted work technology should minimize difficulties in rail traffic.
