Description:
1. The subject of the order in this procedure is the design and execution of construction works consisting in the design and construction of a technological heat connection together with the expansion of the connection with a technological heat module as part of the task of modernization of technology and thermal analysis laboratories polymers in the building of the Faculty of Technology and Chemical Engineering located at ul. Puaskiego 10 Szczecin. 2. 2. Building at ul. Puaskiego 10 in Szczecin, which is covered by the Documentation (Building) and Construction Works, is entered in the register of monuments of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, registration number A-1283, decision no. L.dz.DZ.4200.6/0/95 of May 6, 19953. The scope (subject matter) of this order to be performed by the Contractor includes in particular the following obligations: 1) Goods, referral to perform design and construction works constituting the subject of this order, and maintaining appropriate qualifications and experience throughout the entire period of implementation of these works, including persons with the right to design construction works, pursuant to section 5. 2 points 1) - 4) of the Contract Template - and at the stage of Robt implementation, persons o qualifications...
