Description:
1. Subject of the order: EXPANSION OF PART OF THE MUNICIPAL ROAD TOGETHER WITH UNDERGROUND INFRASTRUCTURES IN THE VILLAGE OF STARA MORAWA - Stage 1: construction of the water supply network and sanitary sewage system.2. The order consists of: construction works related to the expansion of technical infrastructure in in the form of an extended sanitary sewage system and an extension of the existing water supply system with a diameter of 110 mm to be connected to the water supply from the Bolesawowo side, in accordance with the attached technical documentation, constituting a description of the subject of the order (OPZ) - task no. 2 to SWZ. This documentation covers a broader scope of the order, i.e. reconstruction of a 650 m long section of a municipal road, but the reconstruction of the road is not the subject of the order. The material scope was indicated in the bill of quantities. No. 1a for technical documentation (ref. No. 2 to SWZ). The attached bill of quantities serves only to determine the material scope of the subject of the order and is not the basis for calculating the price. The bill of quantities is of an auxiliary nature.3. The conditions for preparing and fulfilling the order are included in the contract.
