Description:
I. 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the investment task entitled: Expansion of poviat road No. 2268L Nowiny - Osmolice.
2. The scope of the investment in question includes: road industry, teletechnical industry, electrical industry. Detailed description of the subject of the contractIt is included in the design documentation.
II. Availability requirements. The design documentation referred to in Chapter 4 SWZ meets the requirements for availability for disabled people and design for all users in accordance with the provisions of the Actconstruction and executive regulations.
