Description:
1) The subject of the order is the expansion of the Video Monitoring System of the City of Poznań in the Podolany estate and in the area of Rondo Obornickiego (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject of the order). The subject of the order includes:
a) development of design documentation (construction design and detailed design) forthe subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"),
its arrangement and obtaining appropriate permits for its implementation,
on the basis of the Functional and Utility Program constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract;
b) construction on the basis of the developed and agreed Design, transmission connections and power supplyfor cameras, along with the construction of the necessary sections of cable ducting in the locations indicated in the Functional and Utility Program;
c) delivery, assembly, commissioning, configuration and calibration of cameras and other video monitoring system devices necessary to perform the Subject of the orderenia;
d) software or hardware integration of all delivered devices
with the existing Video Monitoring System of the City of Poznań;
e) performance of as-built measurements and as-built documentation.
2) The Ordering Party requires a minimum 36-month warranty period for the entire Subject Matteriotu of the order.
3) A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the Subject of the order is specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 13 to the SWZ, together with annexes
to the contract, in particular in Annex No. 1 to the contract - Functional and Utility Program.
