The subject of the order is the extension of the primary school building in Gągolin South along with the thermo-modernization of the existing part of the building and the implementation of the fire route at once with a maneuvering square and a walkway. Detailed scope of works: a. Construction and architectural works: The project includes expansion and reconstruction of the building with adaptation to the needs of the investor, meeting the standards of construction law, fire and sanitary. The location includes the development of a building with an additional staircase constituting a connection between floors and having an emergency exit outside Building and reconstruction of the building under which a combination of a building with a frames and a change in the roof structure will be made on its one-storey part. In addition, the thermo-modernization of the building with insulation of external walls and the replacement of window and door joinery were designed as well as a driveway and external stairs.
