Description:
The subject of the procedure is the award of an order for the implementation of an investment task entitled: "Expansion, reconstruction and modernization of hospital building No. 5A for the needs of the Psychiatric Ward for Children and Adolescents", which will be implemented in "design and build" system. 2. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor will: 1) Develop complete, full-discipline design documentation, transfer the proprietary rights to the design documentation to the Ordering Party and will perform author's supervision on principles described in the contract template - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ; 2) Obtain, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party, all necessary arrangements, opinions, permits and decisions required by law, including in particular the decision approving the construction design and granting a construction permit with a finality and execution clause, in order for the Contractor to commence and carry out construction works; 3) Prepare complete documentation of the interior design and equipment of hospital building No. 5A, transfer it to the Ordering Party's proprietary rights to the documentation of interior design and furnishings and will provide author's supervision; 4) Perform construction works on the basis of design documentation and obtain, on behalf and for the benefit of the Ordering Party, the final and unconditional decision on the permit to use hospital building No. 5A. 3.
