Description:
1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the recreational part of the multi-purpose sports field at the 4th Secondary School. Mikoaj Reja in Zabrze ZBO 11th edition application P0072.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the attached design documentation prepared by Studio Projektowe BAAZA, Wojciech Pasterny, street Wojciechowskiego 5, 41-253 Czelad, consisting of: a) Land development design, architectural and construction design, executive design, b) Technical Specification for Works Execution and Acceptance. c) Bill of Quantities.3. The scope of the task includes: a) replacing the surface of the asphalt pitch on the surface polyurethanes, b) separating a volleyball court with lines and installing sleeves for tennis posts, c) delivery and installation of a street-workout fitness set, d) delivery and installation of a board with regulations and a board informing about the implementation of investments within the framework of ZBO, e) execution of works agrotechnical and landscaping after construction works.
