4.1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works in the design and build formula for the investment Expansion of the sanitary sewage network in the town of Glinnik.4.2. The subject of the order includes the preparation of design documentation and construction of a sanitary sewage system with the following parameters: sewage system gravity sanitary sewer with a length of approximately 734 m. gravity sanitary sewage connections (6 pcs., connections to the border of the road and 54 pcs. sanitary sewage connections ended with caps), connecting connections to the sanitary sewage network using tees or inspection wells 1000 4.3. IN as part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) prepare a construction design in 5 copies + 1 copy in electronic form, taking into account the requirements contained in the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2351, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister Development of September 11, 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1609, as amended), which should include: plot or area development design, architectural and construction design ,...
