Description:
The subject of the order includes: 1. The subject of the investment is the development of comprehensive design documentation, obtaining a building permit, carrying out construction and assembly works in the scope of expanding the school building, along with obtaining an occupancy permit for plot no. 49 in the town of Rzeplin.2. The object belongs made using modular steel technology, wooden technology is not allowed.3. The investment includes the design and construction of an extension of the school building in Rzeplin with an area of 159 m2. The added part includes 2 classrooms for max. 24 children with a communication area and a toilet for children.4. Additionally the subject of the order includes the development of the area: - disassembly and installation of a new sidewalk and entrance to the building in accordance with the PZT (approx. 70 m2), - execution of a rainwater drainage system, - execution of a sanitary sewage system, - development of the green area, - external lighting on the planned object.
