- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of server and network infrastructure and emergency power supply for the expansion of the Ordering Party's IT environment, i.e.: a) 2 servers, b) disk array 1 pc, c) UTM device 1 pc, d) L3 fiber-optic switch 1 pc, e) L3 Ethernet switches 2 pcs, f) 19 rack cabinets with accessories 1 pc. g) UPS for rack 19 1 pc. h) software 1 set 2. As part of the delivery, the Contractor is obliged to deliver brand new, unused devices from official and current distribution.3. The contractor will provide at least a 36-month warranty for the delivered items device (indicated in section 1 letters a)-g)), counted from the date of signing the acceptance report of the subject of the order without any reservations. The warranty covers in particular: manufacturing defects revealed during the first start-up, hidden defects found during installation or operation, hardware defects, failures resulting from from incorrect operation of components, software errors and any other irregularities resulting from defects of the delivered devices.4.
