2. The contracting authority requires that the servers be delivered:
2.1byFactory new, from the current product line of the manufacturer, i.e. they cannot be on the lists of "end-of-Sale", "End-of-Life", "End-of-Support" of the manufacturer-at least as at the date of submitting the offer;
2.2 they were from the European distribution channel;
2.3 were the same model and configuration and camefrom the same manufacturer;
