Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of preparatory and construction works,
This is the last part of the second stage of the project related to the reconstruction, modernization and the expansion of the sewage treatment plant in Jastrowie. The subject of the contract includes in particular:
a) execution of construction and installation works directly resulting from the documentation provided by the Ordering Party,
b) delivery and assembly of equipment indicated in this SWZ;
c) execution of any demolition, preparatory, cleaning works, the development of works and exports of unnecessary items of the Ordering Party;
d) covering the costs of maintaining the construction facilities, all costs related to the receipt of works, costs arising from the guarantee granted and the other concluded in SWZ.
A detailed description of the order is specified in Annex 2- OPZ, including design documentation, STWiOR and Annex 3 to SWZ- planned contract provisions as well as chapter III SWZ.
The subject of the contract will be implemented on the basis of contractual conditions for construction for engineering works construction designed by the Ordering Party, 4. English-Polish edition unchanged 2008 (translation 1. FIDIC 1999 edition).
