Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of an investment consisting in the expansion of the sewage treatment plant in the Świerklaniec commune in the design and build formula.
Make complete design documentation along with obtaining a final administrative decision allowing conduct construction works.
Perform construction works based on the documentation.
Get a permit for use.
Description of the subject of the contract - functional and utility program, which is attached to SWZ.
Pattern contracts - constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.
4. The Contractor will grant the Employer a guarantee and warranty for completed construction works for a period of at least 60 months (5 years) or in accordance with the Contractor's offer from the date of signing the final colon protocol.
