Description:
1. The scope of construction works includes the expansion, reconstruction and superstructure of part of the building of the City and Commune Office in Poac. 2. The order is divided into two scopes: - scope 1 - expansion, superstructure and reconstruction of part of the UMiG Poaniec building, - scope 2 - adaptation and finishing works related to the adaptation rooms in the building for CUS functions. 3. The order must be made in accordance with: 3.1. Project documentation has begun - to constitute the basis for estimating and carrying out the works, 3.2. The attached scope of works is only a supplement to the above-mentioned documentation, 3.3. Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works construction STWiORB.4. The scope of the order concerns the part of the office building between the main building and the CKiSz building in Poac, i.e.: Demolition works, including: demolition of the sheet metal roofing and structure, demolition of gutters, window and door joinery, parts of: internal and external walls, part of the ceiling on ground floor. central heating, lighting and internal installations electrical and sanitary installations.
