1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the system for digitizing paper medical records patients as part of the project entitled "Improving access to e-health services and digitization of treatment processes at the St. John of Dukla Oncology Center of the Lublin Region in order to achieve full functionality and secure full-profile, highly specialized diagnostics and treatment of patients "oncological"
The ordering party did not divide the order into parts due to the fact that the order in question in terms of technical and organizational i economically it forms an inseparable whole. This decision will not distort competition by limiting the ability of smaller companies to compete for the contract entities, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises. The subject of the order and its size correspond to the capabilities of entities from the SME sector. The decision was verified in terms of functionality and implementation methods used, and the structure of potential contractors on the relevant market was taken into account subject of the order.
2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor undertakes to:
a) delivery and implementation of the subject of the contract together with the documents required in the SWZ to the registered office of the Ordering Party;
b) installing and updating your software for digitizing medical records, integration of the supplied equipment with the system used by the Ordering Party, implementation of the software on all delivered devices and confirmation of efficiency delivered...
