Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of project documentation along with obtaining the necessary permits, and then the execution of construction works in the field of expansion, target development and equipment of the component square for storage of commercial coal in Lublin Węgle "Bogdanka" S.A.
2. The contracting authority is the expansion and target development of the commercial coal storage square in a new technology and masculine system (track, conveyor, conveyor drive station, machine and equipment power supply system (transformer and distribution station), dump (outside the scope of these proceedings), machines and devices for receiving coal from heaps. The scope of the intention is presented in graphic attachment No. 1.
3. The compensation is expected to design a new technological system together with belonging buildings, facilities, devices, installations and development area based on the standards of design solutions not worse than those adopted by the Employer in the documentation provided, taking into account the parameters contained in this PFU.
4. The applicant has documentation regarding the investment in question and a building permit with decisions changing, which today does not meet his expectations and requires changes to the original concept. This documentation will be the basis for further work of the Contractor and determining the full scope of design work and obtaining a replacement decision or a new building permit decision and will perform ...
