The contracting authority includes:
a) pre -transmission analysis;
b) developing technical documentation, Delivery and installation of the software with the delivery of indefinite licenses;
c) achieving the target IT functionality;
d) implementation of the system including incorporation of all objects in the system, in accordance with the subject of the contract and preparation of post -sensitization documentation;
e) maintenance The system with its service, expansion and update of the software to the latest version.
