Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the design and expansion of ul. Olsztyńska in Toruń on the section from ul. Chocolate to the city border along national road No. 15. The contractor will be obliged to perform the executive documentation described in the functional and utility program (PFU) constitutingSaying the approved decision to permission to implement a road investment (ZRID) of a construction project and technical specification of construction and acceptance of construction works (design documentation). Saying may be subject to changes in the nature of irrelevant deviations from the approvedconstruction project qualified in accordance with art. 36a of the Construction Law. Detail cannot cause a change of ZRID decision.
