Description:
a) The subject of the Public Class is the construction work consisting in the expansion of ul. Piastowska (Poviat Road No. 2262K, COMMERY Z) in km from 0+005.00 to 0+437.00 from the expansion of Skrzyow from al. 3 May at km 0+301.50, IGRCW at km 0+365.00 and Mydlnick at km 0+365.00, from the reconstruction of ul. IGRCW and expansion ul. Mydlnicka together with the technical infrastructure in Krakow. The commission will be implemented on the basis of an agreement concluded on 05.05.2025 between: Municipalities of the Municipalities of Krakow, the Mias of Krakow, ul. Centralna 53, 31-586 Krakwodocigami City of Krakow S.A.UL. Senatorska 1, 30-106 of Krakw based on art. 38 of the Act of 11 in 2019, the Law of the Public Colds (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, amended), set the SPORD SPORD of the City of Krakow as an ordering entity authorized to conduct and grant a pollination on behalf of the parties and on their behalf. on the basis of: planned provisions of the contract (PPU), stating the capture 2 to SWZ; Technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of construction robs (STWIORB), constituting the help No. 8 to SWZ; Project documentation constituting the highlighter No. 9 ...
