Description:
1. The subject of the order is the expansion of ul. Polar on episode from ul. Krakowska to ul. Garrisonowa and modernization of ul. Krańcowa from ul. Poleculum to ul. Campsium divided into tasks:
1) Task 1: Modernization of ul. Krańcowa on the episode Camp in Łodź,
- Task ZDiT,
Krańcowa with ul. Tenta (Option right) - ZDiT task,
3) Task 3: Expansion of ul. Polar on episode from ul. Krakowska to ul. Garrison in Łodź - ZDiT task, according to the following division:
Stage I- Expansion ul. Polecular on the section from ul. Krakowska to ul. Krańcowa.
Stage II- Expansion ul. Polecular on the section from ul. Krańcowa to Garrison.
4) Task 4: Reconstruction of the water supply network related to the reconstruction of the road system in ul. Polecular in the area of the intersection of ul. Polecular with ul. Partyzantow in Łodź - ZWiK task.
2. Subject Orders should be completed in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 8 to SWZ and the provisions of the draft contract contained in Annex 9 to SWZ.
