Description:
1. The subject of the order is the expansion of voivodship road No. 544 on a section from km 138+200 to km 140+700 Szlacheckie Bagienice - Amelin.
2 SWZ) and in the offer cost estimate (in terms of utilization of destruct containing exceeded permissible norms of multi -line aromatic hydrocarbons) part VI Swz. The contractor should calculate the value of works based on the attached project documentation, the offer cost estimate in the scope of disposal of destruct, detailed technical specifications, general terms of the contract for the performance of construction works. The bill of quantities is auxiliary.
3. The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe traffic and pedestrian conditions in the region of safe traffic at his own expense works covered by the contract
