Description:
1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the tender documentation (part IV SWZ), in the pre -emptive of works - made available only to the view (part V SWZ) and in the offer cost estimate (in the scope of disposal of destructure containing exceeded permissible permissible norms of multi -line content aromatic hydrocarbons) Part VI Swz.
The contractor should calculate the value of works based on the attached project documentation, the offer cost estimate in the field of disposal of destruct, detailed technical specifications, general terms of the contract for the performance of construction works. Bill of quantity robot is auxiliary.
2. The contractor is obliged to ensure safe traffic and pedestrian conditions at his own expense the works covered by the contract based on the traffic organization project, "for the duration of construction" drawn up by and at the contractor's expense. Performer obliged is to update the permanent traffic organization project.
3. The contractor is obliged to transfer copyright to photographic and film documentation, referred to in the general terms of the contract for the performance of construction works.
4. In the event of indications in the description of the subject of the order of the characters freight, patents or origin, source or a special process that characterizes the product or services provided by a specific contractor, the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions.
