  The subject of the order is the construction of a road for bicycles at provincial road No. 598:
  Task 2 - construction of a road for bicycles within the administrative boundaries of Stawiguda communes I PURDA, section of the Olsztyn - Rotoma beltway, from 10+519.50 km to km 31+041.90 with a length: 20 522.4 m;
