Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the task entitled: "Increasing the communication quality of the region in terms of improvement in security unprotected traffic participants - supplementing roads for pedestrians and roads for pedestrians and bicycles in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Development Provincial Road No. 756 consisting in the construction of a 2 935 m long on foot path based on the technical and construction technical design entitled: Expansion of voivodship road No. 756 consisting in the construction of on foot and bicycle routes within DW 756 on the episode Nowa Słupia Dębniak from km 20+400 to km 24+230.14.
2. A detailed description and manner of the contract is designed for the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 7 to SWZ and a template of the contract, constituting Annex 6 to SWZ.
