- The subject of the order are construction works including the expansion of the water supply network and sanitary sewage system in the Bakaarzewo commune in the town of Bakaarzewo. The detailed scope of works is included in the technical documentation constituting Annex No. 7, the bill of quantities constituting Annex No. 6 and the map of views - Appendix No. 8 to SWZ. The bill of quantities is of an auxiliary nature. The contractor is obliged to carefully check the number of works against the technical documentation and bill of quantities. Due to the fact that the remuneration under the construction contract will be a lump sum remuneration, in the event of any carrying out a larger number of works in any bill of quantities item, it will not be considered as additional works requiring additional remuneration.
