Description:
The subject of the order is the expansion of the water supply network with a total length of sections of approx. 4.7912 m along with the exceeding of the DK 28 national road and the construction of two container hydrophore in Gruszowiec and Dobra in the Dobra commune.
The overall scope of works includes the performance of earthworks and assembly collective channels, distribution network, assembly of water supply, demolition and reconstruction of road surfaces and crossings, execution under roads and watercourses, intersections with underground armament and land reclamation.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is determined by: Documentation design, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, auxiliary works of works - included in the attachment to SWZ.
The entire indicated scope of works should be carried out in accordance with the art art, applicable standards and the technology of performance indicated by producers and suppliers materials used and construction products. Detailed rules specifying the method of execution of the order, the terms of the warranty, settlements and the amount of contractual penalties were included in the contract template.
Submitted in the design documentation, SWZ, STWIORB in the own name descriptions are not intended to violate competition rules, and they are only designed to specify the qualitative and technological expectations of the Employer and should be treated and understood with the note "or equivalent".
