Description:
The subject of the order is the expansion of the Water Treatment Plant in msc. Jurkiw along with the modernization of the existing accompanying infrastructure. The subject of the order includes construction works consisting of the construction of two retention reservoirs with technological pipelines, renovation of the sludge plot renovation of the water supply station building. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: - Design documentation, Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ - Supplement to the project for the renovation of the water treatment station in Jurkow - Appendix No. 3A to the SWZ - Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ - Decision No. 235/2023 on the approval of the land development design and the architectural and construction design and granting a construction permit - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. ATTENTION!!! Attached to this SWZ is the Book of bills of quantities for the construction of two retention tanks together with with technological pipelines, renovation of sludge plots, renovation of the water supply station building, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, should be treated as an auxiliary element and not used to calculate the offer price.
