1. The subject of the contract are: expert services in the field of examination of the introduced changes and research Compliance with the DNSH principle in projects implemented by the final recipient of support (OOW) in action A2.2.1. Investments in implementing environmental technologies and innovations, including those related to GOZ under KPO. The expert service will consist in studying the compliance of introducing changes with the objectives and the assumptions of the contract and the examination of the compliance of the DNSH principle in projects. An analysis of the possibility of introducing changes to the contract will be made on the basis of the application of AOW, information and data contained in the contract as well as program documentation of action A2.2.1 KPO. Examination and analysis of compliance of the DNSH principle During the implementation of the project, it will be made on the basis of information contained in the contract, payment application, documentation provided by the OOW and program documentation of the A2.2.1 KPO program. In the event of a call for supplementations, the expert service (described above) will also include explanations sent by the OOW. Each of the experts will be obliged to make a justification for the assessment and analysis in terms of the possibility of correctly introducing changes in the undertaking and/or examination of compliance of the DNSH principle in a given undertaking.
