A brief description of the subject of the contract: the subject of the order is the service of the performance of the technical condition of the water reservoir located in GOS "High stone" in Szklarska PorΔba ul. Officer 4 belonging to the academy of land forces of the name General Tadeusz KoΕciuszki with headquarters at ul. Czajkowski 109 in WrocΕaw, the implementation of the technical documentation necessary to disclose the construction facility in the register of AWL objects and the adjustment of the tank for fire-fighting tanks in accordance with the scope specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract in accordance with the Employer's guidelines contained in the SWZ. The subject of the contract is described in detail in the documentation, i.e. : 1) Description of the subject of the Execution of the Expert Retention Tank Expertise., 2) Location of a water reservoir drawn up on a map of the main terrain., 3) Photo documentation., 4) Drawing sketch of a water reservoir, which attachments are an integral part of this SWZ.
