- The subject of the order is the operation of the Fala system, understood as maintaining the continuity of the FALA system while ensuring the SLA level guaranteed by the Contractor and the offer indicated in the form. The contractor will ensure the exploitation of the Fala system in the area of its operation based on the modelMaintenance and operation of the Wave system described in the document: Inno_UIU_2024.04.03_Model of maintenance and operation of the PZUM_V2.10.10.10.10.10.10.10.10.10.Docx system and the remaining documentation presented in Chapter 6 of the description of the subject of the contract.Persons:
1) Project manager - a person with a minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and managing IT projects/programs in the field of public transport. This person must have one of the following valid certificates: PMP (Project Management Professional) issued by Project ManagementInstitute (PMI) or Certificate at least level C in IPMA 4-L-C (International Project Management Association) or Prince2 Practitioner certificate. The project manager or deputy project manager must be fluent in the Polish language and writing.
2) Business analyst -OsobaWith a minimum of 5 years of experience in the business analysis of IT systems solutions in the field of public transport. This person must be fluent in speech and writing in the Polish language.
