- The subject of the order is the operation of the Fala system, understood as maintaining the continuity of the FALA system while ensuring the SLA level guaranteed by the Contractor and the offer indicated in the form. The contractor will ensure the exploitation of the Fala system in the area of its operation based on the model Maintenance and operation of the Wave system described in the document: Pr.70.00 Model of Maintenance and operation of the Fala system and the remaining documentation presented in Chapter 6 OPZ.
The contractor will be responsible for system security and transactions.
