- The subject of the order is extended support from the manufacturer Avaya. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions, principles of order execution and equivalence conditions are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ. If the Contractor offers products equivalent to the software indicated in section 2 points 2.2 subsections 2.2.8 and 2.2.10 of Annex No. 1 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, the Contractor is obliged to attach descriptions and specifications to the offer confirming that the offered equivalent products meet all the requirements for equivalent software and demonstrate their equivalence to that described in section 2 points 2.2 subsections 2.2.8 and 2.2.10 of Annex No. 1 to the Draft Provisions Agreements.
