Description:
4.1. The subject of the fall is the pre -entertainment and extension of the ADOBE software license for education for VIP accounts for the university. A detailed description of the subject of the fall is included in the beginning No. 1 to SWZ/contract. 4.2. Zoenie offer for the subject of the sort of pollination not spending all parameters or having parameters worse than saved in the beginning of 1, the effective rejection of the offer pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the PZP.4.3 Act. Under the concept of delivery, it is understood/extending the software license along with its reel of the indicated organizational unit of the University in period of 7/14 days from the date of signing the contract. The duration of the 12 -month license, in accordance with the assigned VIP account and extension. The Ordering Party also allows the delivery of delivery by providing precise and reliable installation instructions based on the electronic license key transferred on the electronic mailbox of the Ordering Employer.
