Description:
The subject of the order is the extension of the manufacturer's support to the license to the postal system.
The implementation of the order is necessary to ensure continuity of the e -mail system operation and security in the Chief Road Transport Inspectorate by accessing software update and the manufacturer's support in solving software problems.
Extending the manufacturer's support to the license to the postal system
1. Extending the manufacturer's support to the license to the postal system.
2. The concise description of the subject of the contract is specified in Chapter III SWZ.
3. The contractor is not obliged to provide security for the proper performance of the contract.

5. The Purchaser does not demand the submission of the means of evidence together with the offer.
6. The applicant does not provide for the possibility of supplementing the evidence in question on based on art. 107 para. 2 of the PZP Act.

9. The Ordering Party undertakes under the performance of the contract to order services with a value of not less than 15 % of the contractual remuneration.
