Description:
1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the 220/110 kV Groszowice station to connect new facilities to the National Power System.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Functional and Utility Program.
3. Names and codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 45000000-7 - Construction works, 45100000-8, 45200000-9, 45300000-0, 45400000-1, 45500000-2, 71200000-0, 71300000-1, 71400000-2, 71500000-3.
4. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent".
5. Accordingly joke. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or construction works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in in particular by means of the means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
