This procedure is conducted in accordance with the regulations of the KWP in Katowice regarding the award of public contracts with a value not exceeding PLN 130,000.00 net, to which the regulations do not apply Public Procurement Law - The order will be completed in accordance with Art. 2 section 1 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law in connection with Art. 30 section 4 PZPThe Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantity of ordered equipment/accessories up to the amount of financial resources it has, as well as to cancel due to lack of financial resources.
