The subject of the order is the expansion and superstructure of the existing fire station building and thermal modernization of the fire station building in the town of Ligota Polska.1) Address of the construction project: Ligota Polska 3G, 56-400 Ligota Polska, unit. register no. 021406_2.0011.80/2, plot no. 80/2, Ligota Polska district, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, poviat Olenicki, commune: Olenica2) Characteristic parameters of the building External geometric dimensions of the shorter side of the building: 12.60 m External geometric dimensions of the soul side of the building: 13.66 m Height of the building does not exceed 12 m (low building): up to 10.00 m Total area of the building: 344.24 m2 Area usable area: 242.56 m2 Volume: 1,320 m3 plot area: ~ 818 m23) The reconstruction of the building includes: - demolition of the existing chimney, - introduction of a new division of the ground floor rooms into a cloakroom, toilets and communication areas (including the construction of internal stairs leading to the first floor), - making an additional opening in the wall dividing the garage and the designed cloakroom room, - changing the location of window and door openings.4) The superstructure includes: - leveling (building up) the southern wall and fragments of side walls - zac...
