Description:
1, the subject of the contract is the expansion of the block of flats in the 2nd locations in Warsaw at ul. 11 November 23, 03-446 Warsaw and Radom at ul. Local Government 1, 26-601 Radom consisting in:
1) as part of the basic order forEach of the above location:
a) the development and delivery of a technical design in accordance with the requirements described in chapter III volume III OPZ;
b) Software delivery and delivery along with the unloading of the equipment necessary to meet the subject of the contract meeting the requirements described in chapter VI volumesIII OPZ;
c) Delivery of standard software together with the manufacturer's warranty in the scope and on the conditions specified in the chapter VIII volume III OPZ;
d) implementation, in accordance with the requirements described in chapter IV volume III OPZ;
e) the development and delivery of documentation, in accordance with the requirements described in chapterIII volume III OPZ;
f) granting the Employer licenses for software and standard software in the scope and on the conditions specified in the contract;
g) providing warranty services in accordance with the requirements described in chapter VIII OPZ.
2) As part of the option of the option:
